Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewellery.
If customer discovers any manufacturing defects with the items you received, please kindly email to royalediamond@yahoo.com within 10 days. Please including the order number and defects of the defective item in the email. All items must be in unused condition and include the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the item was damaged intentionally or misused.
For all return items, they should be in unused condition inside the original packaging. Royale Diamond reserves the final right on the return cases.

Please note that once an order is placed, the order can not be cancelled, changed or refunded.
